We want you to be confident in your Equine Evaluate report. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and enter the email you used at checkout to manage your order, or
• Email us at contact-us@equine-evaluate.com with your order reference and we will arrange the refund for you.

30-Day Unlimited Pass

The 30-Day Unlimited Pass is refundable within 14 days of purchase provided no more than three (3) reports have been generated against the pass. After that, the pass is considered consumed.

Processing time

Once approved, refunds are typically issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
