• Evaluation inputs — horse details and advert links you submit for valuation.
• Usage data — pages viewed, device type, IP address, and basic telemetry.
• Communications — messages you send us via email or the contact form.

Payment card details are collected and processed by Paddle, not by us.

3. Why we use it (legal basis)

• To provide reports and respond to enquiries — contract performance.
• To send report copies and service emails — contract performance.
• To prevent fraud, secure the Service and improve our product — legitimate interests.
• To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations — legal obligation.
• For optional marketing — consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Who we share data with

• Paddle — our Merchant of Record for payments, subscription management, tax and invoicing.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers — to deliver the website.
• Email delivery providers — to send report copies and notifications.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where reasonably required.
• Authorities where required by law.

5. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the UK/EEA. Where that happens we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses to safeguard your data.

6. Retention
